In-house mold design team and equipment

The mold design team creates molds based on product drawings to ensure precise dimensions. The mold material is typically high-strength steel to guarantee durability. The mold manufacturing process includes CNC machining, electrical discharge machining, and polishing. Each set of molds undergoes multiple tests and adjustments.

Combi has the largest injection molding machine, 1400T, with machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed optimized to reduce defect rates. After molding, products undergo dimensional inspection and appearance checks to ensure compliance with design requirements.

Supports customized cutting and embroidery services.

Cutting services cover materials such as fabric and laminated cotton fabric, using high-precision NC cutting equipment to ensure precise product dimensions and shapes.

Embroidery services cover areas such as strollers and car safety seats, capable of producing complex patterns like logos and text. The workshop uses domestic brand embroidery machines and high-quality embroidery threads to ensure precision and durability.

Sufficient fabric sewing and processing production lines

Operated by experienced workers, the stitching is even and firm, ensuring the product's aesthetics and durability. Combi has strict standards for sewing quality, and every product must pass inspections to meet customers' high-quality requirements. Sewing processing is not only used for Combi's own products but also accepts external sewing OEM business.

Modular production line design for higher efficiency.

Combi company's assembly line adopts modular design to improve production efficiency and quality consistency. Each workstation is equipped with operation instructions to ensure standard operations; error-proofing devices are used to prevent missing or incorrect assembly. After product assembly, functional testing is required, and employees receive regular training to ensure skill proficiency.

PQC Patrol Inspection System  Regular Spot Checks

Ensure quality control at every production stage. Patrol inspectors regularly check the production line to promptly identify and correct issues. Inspection content includes product dimensions, appearance, and functional testing to ensure compliance with design standards.

Not Only Monitoring Output  But Also Equipment

This includes checking the maintenance and calibration of equipment and tools. Combi uses advanced inspection tools and methods to ensure data accuracy and reliability. All patrol inspection records are archived for quality traceability and improvement.

Final Quality Control

FQC (Final Quality Control) inspection serves as the final quality checkpoint before shipment. FQC conducts full inspection or sampling inspection on products, covering appearance, function and safety tests. Only products that pass FQC inspection can be packed and shipped. Combi’s FQC standards exceed the industry average to guarantee customer satisfaction.
